Exhaust Update: I've found a company in a neighbouringtown who will do the job for £375, but it's one of those bespoke souped-up efforts. I'd sound like a boy-racer. People would have a shock when they looked inside the car.

badders, I used to have a cleaner, but that was a while ago and was London, so wouldn't be much use price-wise. I think you will need to find out what your local competition charges and price accordingly.
Mine would clean and do ironing for the same price (did the ironing at mine though) and even a bit of babysitting (she was my cleaner for a long time!)

Her good points : very reliable, she even arranged 'cover' when she went on holiday, adaptable - cleaned, tidied, ironed, babysat. Even cleaned up if the dog had an accident & I was out.
Negatives - didn't 'deepclean' - rarely moved big furniture etc. Mind you, she was tiny

Be 100% clear before you start what they want you to do & what you will do - saves awkward conversations later!

TM has started half term now and he's come home from preschool with a huge scrapbook full of what he's been up to this term. He looks so happy, I think we made the right choice going with the SEN preschool. Off to his granny and granddads soon for pizza and minion cake.
