Hi. I currently live in Epsom with my two children (8 & 16) and thinking of relocating to the Horsham area. Was looking at Southwater and have also seen some new builds at Broadbridge Heath which look fab. I am not that familiar with Horsham and would really appreciate some advice on these areas and anywhere else to look/avoid. Was hoping to come down on Saturday to have a look around.
