I can't find a body/fitness board so am posting here.
I look after myself (mainly) probably drink too many nights a week, but hey, I've got 4 little people and a new business!
I work out most days and am in pretty good shape.
I wake everyday with a flat stomach, but by 3/4 pm I have a pot belly!
Yesterday, I only had a small bowl of granola and a mini tuna and spinach pita pocket, but STILL...the bloat.
Anyone else get this, or know why?
