How do you change history to show weeks view?

I think DH has changed it to 1 day and I'm suspecting him of looking at porn.
that's not too big a deal, but the feeling he's hiding it is horrible.
I can't work out how to change it to a week (or more?) view again or any other way of tracking his viewing.
Any help in my detective work?

Click on 'tools' at the top and then on internet options.

Yes I'm sure I want to spy. I can't bear not knowing things. If he is lookimg at porn I'll discuss it with him straight away and why he's hiding it. I guess he's embarrassed and would rather not discuss it but the secrecy is worse.

That doesn't back date for me though. can I look at Cookies? will that tell me where he's been? and how do i do it?
