Do you mind me asking how much you pay for home insurance?

Buildings and contents? We have been with the same company for 5 years now basically because I cant be arsed to shop around.

Its odd because you always chase the best quote for car insurance! But not home

anyway renewal quote is £25 a month for both, this includes 16k contents cover.

As I rent I don't need buildings insurance but for contents we pay just over £7 per month for £25k cover.

I pay about £33 per month B&C but I live in Greater London. I think it covers £40k contents and lossed valueables outside the home and accidental damage to home.

moss - depends on so many environmental factors, but for my two-bed end terrace, with buildings/content up to K15, incl. bike theft and home damage, loss off property etc is £20 with Royal Bank -

just google home insurance - will probably save you a few quid. Good luck.
