First thing that came to mind was Toy Story... doesn't the horrible kid have a toy graveyard for all the broken toys???

Playmobil and Lego both do skeletons, and I'm sure we've got a Lego coffin here somewhere from the Spooky Lego Studios set. Maybe you could improvise with stuff like that?
