Watched Lady C last night. Yes, too rushed. The first quarter of an hour practically galloped through events. Much preferred the Sean Bean/Joely Richardson serialised version.

I am planning for dh being away next week and have dine an online food order. I am also going to stick the freezer with easy stuff to make.

Thanks for the sympathy and advice yesterday...i do feel in a bit of a rut tbh.
Went to see mum last night and she is so so unhappy. She misses my dad so much. She just can't seem to move on or be positive abut the future. I wish I knew what to do to help her. I have suggested she has ptsd from that awful day and that I think counselling would help, but I have been saying that for 2 years and she hasn't listened yet!
Anyway...
I have been to town and had a coffee! Spent £20 in tk maxx on stuff I dint need :)
Got til 12 til dhs "artist" arrives again....I might go for a power walk. It's a bit miserable here though.
I suppose I might feel better once I know what's happening with dh and work.

I told the on duty teacher that he was poorly yesterday but seems much better today and she gave me a look and said "are you at home if we need you?"

I hope I did the right thing sending him in.

I knew it was too good to last, DS2 punched someone at school today. I feel awful, his teacher was a bit frosty with me and I'm just hoping that it doesn't put him in the 'naughty' box and blot his copy book. I have had a stern word with him, and he's promised not to do it again, but

ali I feel like I'm just waiting for ds3 to come out and the teacher wanting a chat. I feel awful for even thinking it, new school year, new teacher etc etc..I was still unreasonably relieved that he said he didn't get told off and he could leave without my having to go over there.
I don't know why the teacher would act like it's your fault Though. Unless you have form got not giving a shit, which I doubt tbh.
