It's a new term so early to bed for the little darlings & back to the Muskeperving for us wenches. New pupils always welcome if you are taking Musketeers A-Level. You 4 new boys in leather can come & sit at the front where I can keep an eye on you And no guns in class. Now FOCUS you lot.

Helen, Tom's project is Gentleman of the Road, singular, and it's not based on the book. This was confirmed by actor Samuel Oatley who brought it to our attention in the first place.

Hectic day, boys are massively overexcited about tomorrow and DS2 starting. Bless them. DH is working from home in the morning so he can come too and help me not be wet.

Bloody hell.
Ds2 has a horrendous cold/cough thingy and had lost his voice! Says he has a sore throat.
hes only been back a flipping week!
Grr.
He had a dreadful night on sat, but better last night.
School? Give him today off?
No idea what to do.
He is very snotty and fed up

badders, I'd give him breakfast & Calpol fot the throat & see how he feels after that. If it's just snot & the Calpol helps with the throat then I'd send him in. If he has a temperature or seems particularly lethargic/tired then keep him home. Colds often feel worse first thing as you're more congested then. Either way good luck, hope he's feeling better soon.

Badders Sad I dstick DS in unless he has a temperature or is really rough. He got the cold from school - he can take it back there.

Was a good read too. I did wonder if it was the same in a Hmm way - they were filming in Czech weren't they? Not sure well that would substitute for Kazakstahn/Crimea/where ever the hell it was set Grin

DS has been packed off to pre-school activity with DH, I ought to get working but really want to just flake out in bed after a not-very-good nights sleep. (Or wash my hair, or bake a cake, or do something with the plum/tomato.courgette harvest which is mounting up in the kitchen...)

Well that's my day fucked.
Never mind.
I shall wash on regardless.
I also need to hoover. This carpet is a disgrace.
I plan on getting 2 loads done today and then ironing tomorrow.
Ds2 might be off tomorrow too...he's got a real dose, poor thing.
Loved lady chatterleys last night. RM was very hot. I love it when he's all northern and blunt :)
Will probably spend today watching octonauts or similar good job I fancy capt barnacles

he sounds dreadful, poor thing.
I was up with him hourly on Saturday night - and the. Back to work for 9.30 on Sunday. THAT was fun!
I shall come down with it on Friday, just as Dh leaves for the U.S.
Sigh.
Luckily I've booked Saturday off work.

Morning. Oops sorry for missing Rewatch. I missed LadyC too. Spent the day chopping and hacking stuff in the jungle garden, had a bath and fell asleep on bed.

It's lovely here this morning, was yesterday too. No flipping summer but now kids are back it's nice . Chill in the air this morning and condensation on the car, almost autumn Sad

I can't be too cavalier MrsB what with him being asthmatic and all.
I get a bit pissed off with the "send them in whatever" advice tbh.
My ds1 (also asthmatic) got pneumonia last year....kids with asthma get more ill from simple viruses than non astmatic kids.
If he doesn't have a temp I will send him in tomorrow.
