clearing history on computer

Anyone give me a quick guide how to do it.

the tool bar at the top should have a little clock with an arrow

click it

right click on 'today' 'yesterday' or whatever comes up

select delete

How I do it is

1. click on "tools"
2. Click on "internet options"
3. Then you can click on "delete temporary files", "delete cookies" and "clear history"
