Lumbar Belt?

Hi I need a lower back support - which is neat and flat - to use when i go out dancing at Christmas

The one I have is all velcro at the front and really bulky

My back is so much better that I can dance (with a support) so I need a really nice one (or maybe 2)

Can anyone reccomend a website or a make/brand?

Hmm, well the only pics I can find like it are of pg women, and although I had thought mine (which I did indeed wear while pg) was to keep my pelvis together, maybe it was just a standard pg one instead - sorry. Still, maybe the bump (boom boom) will help.

There is a company called LP Supports who make various types. Don't know how to add in a link, but if you search on that name you should get the website pretty easily. Just need to click on the back and shoulder option in the side menu. They don't seem to do mail order but it does give stockists, which would be better in some ways so you can try them for size before you buy. None of them are exactly dainty, so I guess it would depend on the type of clothing you plan on wearing!
