I bought a dvd for my son. When it was delivered, I opened it and it was sealed like DVDs usually are with see-through plastic stuff, but then realised it had a promotional Playhouse Disney dvd in and not the Mickey Mouse DVD it was meant to be.
Now, how do I prove they sent it that way? They will assume that I've taken the DVD out and replaced it with a different one right? How has that even happened? But I don't want a refund, I want them to send out the right DVD free of charge. Not going to happen is it!
