Ha, have reset my password and set up a new gmail address specifically for MN. But I'm strangely resistant to NCing. (Although, actually, I've had about 3 names on MN, just not in the Tav).

I've just started but so far so good. I don't really know how much iron is in the multivitamins, maybe I should take extra iron on the side? But I don't want to overdose either.

Cinn I know what you mean about the name! I changed mine a few times when I first joined but have become really attached to this one! Plus it was the name I had when I became a wench!

Some vitamins (A I think) you shouldn't o/d on, I think the water soluble ones you will just piss out! The tablets should have come with info on how much of the daily recommended amount is in them so you can see if they're giving you much iron. Not sure how much iron you would need to take to be taking too much. Iron tablets give some people er, digestive issues! Liquid iron supplements tend to be gentler on the stomach.

For iron I can recommend spatone. I used to take it when I was pregnant. Iron supplements do change the colour of your poo though.
