handprint pictures, "seasonal activities" ie xmas tags, cards, decorations.Helping to make tea - my son loves this 'Have you got a job for me?' Things like cutting pieces of cheese with a blunt knife, 'mixing', draining the kidney beans for a chilli, anything safe obviously.

Throwing bread, seeds whatever to the birds in the garden.

big roll of IKEA paper rolled out the length of the lounge and draw around each others hands/feet/bodies.
Water painting on outside walls - bucket, brush, water..no mess!
Cleaning the car - honestly - ds's both love to get inside with a cloth and help to clean it/hoover.
Bit controversial here but....take all cushions off the sofas and build things - fire engines are always popular here. Always ends up with a bouncing competition on the sofa!
DAncing to really enerjetic music - good workout for me too.
Baking - making crumble topping is always a hit and making/decorating gingerbread men.
