I can't believe I'm doing this, but I wondered if any of you know why my dishwasher has started to stain my glasses. It didn't start out doing this, but recently all the chunky glasses have a white residue on them which doesn't come off. Salt is ok, rinsaid is the same as before, and haven't changed the tablets.
What is going on??
I know this is very boring, but maybe one of you knows.
Thanks!

Mine has started doing the same!! So now I have to handwash them before putting them away, which is rather pointless and annoying. Thank you for asking this. I hope we get the answer as I'm well and truly stumped!

Janh - thanks for your message and the link to the previous thread.

Yes, yes and yes. And we've had lots of different brands of dishwashers. The thing that bugs me more with out latest model is that it leaves 'deposits' in the glasses .. little bits so you have to run another cycle
