Leaving dh in hospital tonight, very hard

Bless him. He came home for the weekend, and 'lost' his side room. The other people in his ward are fairly obviously very ill, and that just seems to make everything seem worse

He has his scan tomorrow, I have a day off work and will see him in the day.

Send good vibes please. I'm just hoping that his consultant is right and it isn't cancer

I've just dropped the kids at school and I'm about to drive to the hospital...1.25 hours which is a drag!

Sounds like you have two great doctors there MB. Experience counts for a lot I think. Hope you get the results before you leave today and that they are positive.
