does anyone know Hemel Hempstead please?

I need to go to a shopping area that has a Primark and a H & M Hennes (to return w few bits that I got from a shopping day out in Romford). Hemel seems to be my nearest place that has both stores. Are they quite close to each other can anyone tell me please?

If you come on M1 at junction 8 follow the road down towards the town centre, move in to the right handlane go around the mini roundabout (ignore big on in middle) head back on yourself the first left and follow the road round to the multistory car park. When you come in to the shopping centre you need to find (if you go into the first car park entrance you will be at the right side of the carkpark ( £1.50 for 2Hours)Marks & spencer Primark is opposit Merks. For H & M Hennes is left at the front of Marks

You go into the first car park entrance you will be at the right side of the carkpark ( £1.50 for 2Hours) If you park this side the lifts will bring you down at Marks & spencer and Primark is opposit Marks out of centre. For H & M Hennes is left at the front of Marks

Yes a lot has changed. I lived and visited there for the last 30yrs.

The shopping centre and car park are where the bowling alley was.
