AM mightily pissed off - just been to pick up DSs B'day pressie - Fireman Sam 4 Vehilce Play set which I ordered in store from the Woolworths Big Red Book - was told it would be here by the 15th whcih is cool as DS's Birthday saturday and I have to have it by today because I am at work tomorrow - went in tuesday just to check if it was in early - no but they have dispatched it and taken the money from my acount but then this morning they told me they hadn't dispatched it but they had taken the money out of my bank account and they didn;t know when I would get it - the manager put me through to their customer services people who ever so kndly told me they were going to refund me my money and I would have to go somewhere else to get it - over my dead body would they I said - I had paid for it - honoured my side of the contract and they could do the same and furnish me with it ASAP!!
The manager then said she would ring around all the stores and get one dropped off at the shop today and I could go and collect it and what a surprise I haven't heard anything yet - I am fuming - how can they do this and just palm me off with promises and threats to just cancel the transaction!!!
I HATE WOOLWORTHS AND POOR DS WON'T GET HIS FIREMAN SAM TOYS!!!!
