Hmmm... I've heard of putting egg on hair to make it all silky and shiney, so I guess mayonaisse could do the same?

Drinking lots of water is the best thing for both the hair and skin

like flame says, drinking lots of water is best for hair and skin (and nails too!)

I would never dream of outting anything like eggs on my hair but have heard that eggs, mayo and even beer make it really shiney. Asda cheapy shampoo works for me :-D

avacado makes a great face pack depending on skin type it can be very effective.

a muslin bag of porridge oats under the bath tap whilst running a bath makes a lovely moisturising bath...

yes you are right mayo is very good for putting on hair,it goes really hard after a while and smells disgusting but it has all the qualities of a good conditioner ,leave it on for about 30 mins then just wash as normal.
