Argos returns on faulty goods

Purchased a Nintendo 2ds and a tablet last November as Christmas presents.
Both worked fine till last month. DS won't charge up so is completely flat. Tablet was dropped BUT carried on working perfectly apart from cracked screen. Now tablet won't turn on even when charged up.
Can I return both as faulty or will they think tablet stopped working when dropped and say its my fault?

you can but try. i had bad experience with argos but i guess it depends on their manager and how you ask perhaps?

I have had excellent customer service several times from Argos. I recommend contacting them via their fb page.

I've always had no problems with Argos at all on returns.

However I would suspect that if you try a tablet with a cracked screen they'll look pretty sideways at you.

I'd take the Ds in first and then contact customer services for the tablet, otherwise you may find they are reluctant to accept either.
