The electrician is here, he came 20 minutes early. I needed to take the mats of the floor and cover the beds, move the toys and shoes aside, put away work docs. I did tell them they were early and made them wait 5 minutes.

The lights are being changed for LED because the old ones are not possible to take out (I wanted to change them and they wouldn't come out). They also had to order new fittings.

Truefact: DD's father asserts that the light bulbs are not really called that, they are actually 'lamps'. I think he's fighting a losinh battle on that one, although I need to concede he's right as it is his business to know that.

Do I need to offer them a tea or coffee? They'll be here for a couple of hours altogether...
