I check his book bag sometimes daily when he's at school but he's decided that the lesser-used front pocket is the place to put important letters etc. it's a good job his sports' day was cancelled as that letter was there too.

Lovely day with Drink and MiniDrink at a museum today. We had a passing meet up before with Fancy and Wicked, then left then to pursue more adult orientated pastimes.

Slightly miffed that we have been out all day, partly knowing DH would just come home from his weekend and sleep, so he has had all afternoon, but he is STILL not getting up and it is pissing me off.

I have to go into work early tomorrow because I procrastinated last week and my boss is back tomorrow. FMJ I think I might start playing the lotto again. You've got to be in it to win it.

Afternoon. Have fika'd my way round London with ww today . We took in a gorgeous French bakery first (it was bloody miniscule & wholly unsuitable for more than the two of us though), met anne & drink and their DCs in Starbucks and then we pootled around chuckling at 'wench signs and I managed to not get ww killed with my dodgy road-crossing skills.

We ended up in a frankly bizarre, but ultimately lovely Japenese tea shop type place. We were initally worried they were going to lure us into their basement & subject us to a lengthy tea ceremony, causing ww to miss her plane home. But our fears were unfounded and we emerged safely & on time haveing eaten more cake.
