Thanks for the soothing words about the new job. So glad you got pissed with them and it helped. Publishing types are socially completely hopeless pretty weird alright. Had my "welcome lunch" today. It was pretty excruciating, as these things usually are. My new boss is ringing all sorts of alarm bells with me. Silver Fox was so lovely and a really great manager and ferkin hawt, I guess I was a bit spoiled by him.

Great evening with my old colleagues. God I miss them. Getting pissed with them meant going to a Cuban bar and dancing all night - at the new place it meant going for tapas and me dancing why they all thought about dancing.
