Not sure where I should put this really - anyway - has anyone used this gym. You are supposed to get optimum benefit from using it 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Ladies only. I was quite impressed but I would like to hear from people who have used it - I'm hoping someone may have done.

It wasn't called curves, but I used to go to something similar, and it worked ok. Unfortunately they changed their hours to 8-7 weekdays only and I just couldn't fit that in with a full time job and ds too.

Thanks - anyone else?

I joined, managed to be exempt from joining fee as a full time student at the time, paid for a month and went three times then i quit. I found it got boring, and i wasnt enjoying it, which i originally thought wouldn't matter as it was only 30min sessions but it really dragged after first time.
I now go to an aerobics class which I enjoy more as there is a real person encouraging you not just a voice over on the stereo.
I agree that the hours were not as good as local sports centre or other gyms.
