Yoga for dummies, its a beginners one, but I love it. Very simple and eay to follow.

i like barbara currie's 7 secrets of yoga. Its easy to do and they are broken into 10 minute sessions which focus on the different areas of the body .

Wai Lana (I think that's how it is spelt) - they are great vids with this woman doing yoga near the ocean whist wearing the most colourful (and strange) outfits. The good thing about her vids is that repeats each pose and holds them for a while so thatyou do really work on each pose rather than just whizz through them very quickly like Barbara Currie's Power of Yoga.

Her outfits are always good for a giggle - especially since she changes them at least once every five minutes.

Sorry, just re-read the question - Wai Lana doesn't seem to have any dvds - she is only on video.

I also like Barbara Currie's vids - Fabulous Shape Forever is also very good
