I got over 100 messages today all with the header 'bestforyourhealth', and I hate them. Then there are the horrible, horrible porn adverts (ones with the word 'mother' in them are particularly horrible) and hate the idea of my kids seeing them. Most of them go to junk mail or deleted items as I have set up my own filters for certain words (porn/pron/gushes etc), but I still have to permanently delete them. Can I do anything to make sure they bounce back? Have basic filter on but it doesn't seem to be working. Am I doomed to endlessly delete this stuff?
