Jampots needs help with techy problem

Have just spoken to her on msn and she needs to know how to reset internet explorer. She is getting a message telling her it cannot find the server.

She can access msn ok though.

Anyone know what to do ??

Tools on internet options tab and then connections????

She said she has already tried that and no joy.

tell her to shut the entire machine down, turn it off at the mains, leave it for a minute or 2 then switch it all back on.

what she needs to do then is download firefox
