I should think they are on their way to collect now fingers crossed - I got stuck with a dodgy table from Courts they collected it day before I gave birth and delivered repalcement whilst I was in hospital so DH had all that hassel

You are perfectly right! It sounds like you have been more than reasonable. Just don't go apologising for their crappy service.
