Plus size staff

My sister is plus size and I have just had her on the phone in floods of tears, she is due to start a new job in William Hill tomorrow, this is her first job since being made redundant 2 months ago, she received her contract through the mail and it states that they will provide her with 5 blouses, however she is freaking out incase they are not made in her size, I don't know what to tell her has anyone experienced this? Or have any information that I can tell her please?

Does she know what colours? Maybe she could buy one the same just in case.

When you say plus size do you know roughly what size she is 18 would be less likely to cause an issue than a 30?
Although assuming they saw her at interview i would think it is up to them to either provide her size or agree an alternative she can wear.

Shes 22/24 and yeah they saw he T the interview

A big chain store i really doubt it will be an issue i assume thesame as shops you wear something smart for a few shiftswhile they order your uniform.
I would just turn up in a smart plain top and dont get offended if it takes a little extra time to order it.

I used to work for them. They will do that size no bother!

My uniform took about a month to arrive and I wasn't particularly large. It was a common thing for new employees to wait ages for their uniform. With the regular customers, it made them treat the newbies a bit easier

If they arent made in her size she can just ask can she wear a similar top of her own instead. I really dont think it will be an issue though.

Any company of that size where uniform is compulsory will have sizes to fit all - ours even does made to measure for those that are extra tall for example
