Downloading tunes into a mobile MP3...

I have the LG chocolate mobile and have got with it what looks like a headset for an MP3 (Dh thinks that the phone has an mp3 built into it)..

Now then...how do I down load songs onto it.? Where from.? DH has an ipod so uses itunes but doesn't think I could use this for the mobile..?

Just noticed this thread: I have the same phone and you can use Itunes. The phone seems to take 2 or 3 albums. In itunes you draga nd drop: there are instructions in the phone booklet

when I put music on my mobile phone mp3 I use www.allofmp3.com Don't know how it compares to itunes but its VERY cheap!
