OK I must be daft but I can't figure out how to reply to feedback left for me.

You mean reply to the actual feedback rather than leave your own? Hang on let me go and have a look........

OK, go to 'My Ebay', then click on your feedback amount to bring up your member profile. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page there's a link marked 'Reply to feedback recieved'
