Cheap Alcohol in Bournemouth?

NutterlyUts · 31/10/2006 22:47

Am having a bonfire party on Sunday and am after alcohol for it. The supermarkets seem V expensive and ideally i'd like to pay as little as possible due to quanities we need.

Can anyone recommend cheap places to buy beer and spirits? I was going to ring Italimports to see if they'll sell to the public. Has anyone done this?

TIA

What about about a quick trip over on the Poole fast ferry to France?

Yeah, ytou can go for £10 at the mo, £25 incl the car I think if you're after a lot. Stock up for christmas and invite us Bournemouth lot round

I think if there was somewhere in this area doing cheap alcohol I'd know about it . Are you providing everything or asking people to bring a bottle? We normally end up with more at the end of our parties than we started with - and that's quite some feat considering how much gets drunk.

We're providing the alcohol and the other party are bringing the food. There will be 10-12 of us so its not going to be a cheap affair as it is!
