Anyone tried Hypnotherapy????

Hiya

I was just wondering if anyone had tried hypnotherapy for weight loss and what they thought of it.

I am looking into it after it was recommended but it costs about £150.00-£200.00.

Any tips, advice or comments would be gratefully welcomed.

Not weightloss Rae but my sis used to go to a hypnotherapist before she visited her inlaws (they were vile to her) as they often had to stop the car for my sis to be sick on the way down!!

She turned from being a very anxious uptight spring to being so chilled out she basically told them in the end that she wouldn't be visiting any more as they were so rude it wasted her time!!! Go girl!! She was also very sleepy afterwards.

If I didn't see the change myself I would never have believed her.

i tried it for smoking and it was a complete waste of time...it was surposed to be "results or repeat session free" but the guy made me feel so uncomfortable that i never went back. what a waste of £70.
