Moving to Canterbury

Hi all,

I'm after some advice on nice places to live around Canterbury? Right in the centre is a little too expensive for us we are a family of 5 so need a decent size house. Looking as near as possible to Canterbury. Also areas to avoid.
Don't want anywhere too rural or villages.

I live in Sandwich which is about a 20minute drive to Canterbury
Canterbury Littlebourne is nice and only about a 10 min drive to Canterbury. Feel free to inbox me. X
