'My Child' magazine

Has anybody subscribed to this? If so, is it any good? Have just had them on the phone and have arranged for them to send out some stuff.
I normally stay away from things like this but thought it sounded ok so now I just need mumsnet confirmation that all will be well!!

it does look legit, and interesting but you'll only know how good it it when it arrives. How long have you subscribed for?

Well you get 7 days free then its 2years when you pay and subscribe.
BUT I have read through it more and now have a problem.
The girl I spoke to said it was free to return but on the website it says you have to pay! What if ds doesn't like it and its going to cost me to send it back. I don't know how heavy it is or anything.
God I'm so weak why can't I just say 'no I'm not interested' Argh!

If the girl on the phone said it was free to return then it should be. A magazine shouldn't be that heavy. I'm usually too polite as well but this evening I was very rude to two different cold-callers and then felt really bad about it.
