I applied and paid for my first ever passport online around a week ago & posted the counter signature and pictures a few days ago. Now what? Do I wait to hear back or am I waiting for my passport now? Do you think il have to go for a meeting?

You won't have to go for a meeting.
Why didn't you post everything together? I think that may delay things....

LynetteScavo · 20/02/2015 22:12

Oh , sorry I see you did it on line- they've obviously changed it recently x

Christinedonna · 20/02/2015 23:07

Yeah I had to obviously send the signature and pictures seperately..just hoping everything goes through okay as my mum has changed her name since having her passport and hasn't update it but I sent them a photocopy of it & the form that is proof of her name change. Do you think that's okay?

Why is your mum involved?

flumperoo · 20/02/2015 23:26

Your passport usually just gets sent in the post. Why do you think you might need to attend a meeting?

dementedpixie · 20/02/2015 23:32

It's a first adult passport so the OP may have to attend a meeting to prove who they are. that's why you are supposed to allow 6 weeks for a first passport

Christinedonna · 20/02/2015 23:43

You're asked to include your parents passport details..
