can anyone tell me the answer to this one. my neighbour has put in a very silly (!) planning application to change the use of his house. up to date, there has been over 63 objections, including my own. its caused such a stir in my neighbourhood. he's now going to 'tone down' his application in the hope it will get passed. what i want to know is; if he submits a new application, will all the people who objected the first time have to object again?

yes, I think so

You can certainly review the new proposal . Many councils now have all the documents online and you can provide additional feedback that way.
