Just wondering how things are going on thw housing front, any nearer to moving yet ??

be about 8 weeks i think, everything has gone quiet now, surveyor going out next week etc. thanks for asking, just a thought, and you may think im being a bit presumtious (sp!) but the house that im in now will obviously be up for rent soon, i hav'nt told landlady yet so she has nobody lined up for this house, if you would like me to put you forward for it then id dearly love to, my neighbours are lovely ( not noisy although the one does like to play shania twain (eugh!) a bit loud when she does her cleaning!)
i just thought this may help your current situation, sorry if im jumping the gun a bit.

Forgotten where you said it was now. Also how much rent you pay. Sorry if i'm being nosey.

We are waiting to see if we get that 4 bed at the mo, but it is very doubtful.

Would definatly give it alot of thought anyway.

3 bed semi, big garden, nice neighbours.
my rent is £375 pcm.
ill be back on tonight after american idol ( god did i really admit to that?)
it was just a thought, we have been really happy here and its a lovely house and weve never had any trouble, i dont blame your for holding out for the 4 bed though.
i hav'nt told landlady that im moving yet and i wont be for about a week so dont rush into a decision, i just wanted you to know that the offer is here!
