My 5 under's do strange things all the time. 
Rick and Rosita (twins, 20m) went around in a circle and sniffed each others bums! they said "dog did it" and went at it for a good 5 mins till Daryl(4) separated them!
Carl (2) and Andrea (3) are not so strange yet
