Help Condensing A Photo

Hi,
Im really stuck on how I can make my pictures smaller - when I try and mail them, or post on here, they are too big. Please help!

BTW, not size wise i think, MB (?_) wise....

Picasa is a good tool for doing this, when you export photos, you can set the size in KB, essentially. It's a free tool from google.
