Toddler & parent groups - any ideas?

Along with a couple of other Mums I have agreed to take over the running of 1 of the Parent & toddler groups DS attends. We like the idea of tidying away slightly earlier but then using the space to play some games, sing songs, or have story time as a group (the rest of the session is unstructured & the kids play with toys independently). Thus hopefully making the tidying away bit less hectic.
Does anyone have any good ideas of games, songs etc that we could do. I guess we would want to do 10-15 mins-ish. Does anyone have any good tips from the groups they go to?
Thanks!

You can sing nursery rhymes based on a theme eg. water eg. Row Row Row your Boat and A Sailor Went to Sea; or beginning with a certain letter of the alphabet. You can also get a double sheet and get them all to hold an edge and swing it up and down in time to the songs. Get them doing some exercises together like in cbeebees boogie beebees.
Action songs like Hand shoulders knees and toes are popular.

Thanks Belgo! I want to make a list of ideas so the 3 of us can pick something quickly if our imaginations don't work! Am also hoping that some of the other Mums will get more involved if we do this type of thing at the end of the session.

Anything which involves them participating like sleeping bunnies, dingle dangle scarecrow & grand old duke of york. I went to one where the the the HOKEY COKEY and I thought "oh no" but it was a really good ice breaker for the parents too, far easier to make friends once you have all made prats of yourselves!!
