A CHEAP navy blue party dress in age 2-3yrs

We are going to my uncles 60th birthday party in a few weeks time, and I refuse to buy a new pair of shoes for Jess to go with the red and white dress she already has, so need a navy blue one to match her new shoes we got a few weeks ago.

I cant afford much, in fact, we are totally skint, and everything on ebay is YUK!

navy shoes with a red and white dresswould be fine-maybe put some navy ribbons inher hair to tie the look together

do you think?! Its a red and white gingham check dress - really beautiful, and she has navy blue buckle shoes from start-rite.

blue bobble in the hair too - that could work.... does red white and blue really look ok?! if i got a navy cardigan maybe?!

oh crikey! Im confused now lol!

don't bother with the cardigan. just the dress and shoes will be fine honestly! like i said something navy in her hair, nice white socks-lovely.
