When I did that DH didnt,t speak for a day he was so cross - much easier with children though, and I felt I could wash 'n' go. Have now grown it again as I am under the delusion it makes me look younger !!

It may grow on you (sorry that was truly awful).

I have had my hair cut short several times and always hated it. I have finally learnt my lesson and am never going short again.
My dog barked at me the first time i had it cut as she didn't recognise me.

Oh and i have to say that i found it harder to do not easier. When it's long you can always tie it back.

Sorry not much help now.

that was a terrible pun - problem is you can tie it back for days without having to find your comb.
