Baby dribble on dry-clean only silk

If I get baby dribble all down a silk dress, will it dry clean? Second question: if I create a yellow skin effect with cheap fake tan, will I be stuck with it for days?
My childcarer's birthday party is fancy dress, and I'm going as Marge Simpson, but DS2 is teething. Can't decide whether to wear my nice green dress or to ransack our town's innumerable charity shops.

It will dry clean out. As does baby sick.

I think you may be able to get rid of/minimise the fake tan with excessive exfoliation.

Thanks Soupdragon. Now all I need is to transform DS1 and DD into Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.

Try a patch of fake tan somewhere unobtrusive to see if it does come off/fade quickly. If you've got the hair, right, I wouldn't worry about doing the yellow skin effect though.
