From what Ive read so far, youve been dealing with Nigels death remarkably well, youre a very strong woman and a great mum

Work will take your mind off things, youll have something other than the girls to focus on. Its cliched but its true. Youll be back in the working enviroment, will no doubt recieve lots of support from your colleagues and youll feel more like an adult again rather than just a widow

The good thing about teaching is that it is so full-on when you are in the classroom, you don't have head space for anything else.

I found this such a godsend when I went back to work after my Mum died - without it I think I'd have gone mad.
