Has anyone else come across this? I think it sounds unworkable and sinister but wandered if anyone else thought differently?

Why does it sound sinister?
I think it mostly sounds like an excellent idea and will bring us away from the capitalism corporation society we live in now

It sounds like a research project that can't get funding from conventional sources so thought they would try the gullible. I don't think it's sinister or even crooked it's just impractical.

Would it want to get funding?

It seems to be calling (amongst other things) for the end of monetary systems, so fundraising must give it existential conniptions!
