Hello, does anyone have the Hi-5 CD that they could copy onto tape for me? i'll obviously pay for blank tapes, postage etc. DD is a major fan, they only sell CDs and the only tape player in our house in her ELC one, so I can't buy the thing and copy it myself. Not sure if what i'm suggesting is allowed, but...

I thought someone was saying hello to you too, CD! LOL!

Blu · 19/04/2004 12:04

Marailuisa...are you sure you know what you are doing here.....I could offer to copy it for you, too, but feel I might go mad(der) if I hear 'lets go to work' one more time...

Erm is the cd good or highly irritating ??
My dd wants it and my brother said he would get it but obviously he doesn't hsve to listen to it

gemilou · 19/04/2004 12:06

Has anyone seen them live, we tuck our 2ds in march. They where amazing

Hulababy · 19/04/2004 12:06

I never realised Hi 5 did a CD - DD would love it. Where did you get it from?

Not worried about annoying bit - she has a CD player in her room for the annoying music!

Nutcracker · 19/04/2004 12:07

Oh so it is irritating than Blu ??

neetsmassi · 19/04/2004 12:07

It's very long and has some instrumentals on it - must admit we don't listen to it alot - Lion King is the favourite in our house - CD, DVD, storybook - everything!

Nutcracker · 19/04/2004 12:07

You can get in on Play.com Hulababy

Nutcracker · 19/04/2004 12:08

Or even Get IT

Hulababy · 19/04/2004 12:12

Cheers - will go and look. Gather it isn't one for the car then?

Hulababy · 19/04/2004 12:13

There is two - Boom Boom Beat, or Hi 5 Hits (special gift pack with wallet). So which one?

gemilou · 19/04/2004 12:16

We got ours at hmv

Blu · 19/04/2004 12:21

It isn't as bad as the ELC song collection (can't remember what it's called)...that's all I'm prepared to say.

marialuisa · 19/04/2004 12:23

wow, all these Hi-5 fans! We saw them live at the end of March and she's till asking when they're coming back every time we drive past the theatre. Her bottom lip really stuck out when they left the stage for the final time!

In fairness to DD she has no interest in the nasty nursery rhyme tapes that evil godmother supplied with the tape player but I'm sick of Letterland songs. Dh isn't a fan, but then me and DD don't like 90% of his music (which doesn't seem to stop him playing it) and he really annoyed me last night

I, I mean dd has Boom Boom Beat & now the DVD too. I've always got their songs stuck in my head, there is much worse out there.
Actually I'm kinda sad we didn't go to see them, & dd likes them too....could tape if any probs with others.

JulieF · 19/04/2004 23:17

DD loves her Hi-5 CD.

What is very sad is that me and dh sing along to it in two part harmony in the car!!!
