Just that please! Seen lots of refs on threads today and am feeling nosy!

Lots of people were utterly horrid and mumsnet wasn't fully staffed up.
It was vile.

Again!

One poster posted a funny 'MN Bingo' thread. Copy cat posters followed. Joke wore thin, and tipped over into some downright offensive stuff.

MNHQ (newish person) posted that enough was enough and no more please.

Instead of complying, the unfunny/offensive threads multiplied. Thread titles in Active Convos looked just horrible. Deletions thread by thread couldn't keep up. MN shut down for a few hours.

At least this year, the thread theme it seems everyone is copycatting already is retelling dreams. So perhaps it won't get too offensive/dull/vacuous. Or at least not to the point of shut down.

Thanks I did search to see if anyone else had asked, but didnt find anything. Just being nosy!
