SOLD MY HOUSE! yippeee

thankyou to all those who gave me adivice, I changed my agent and within 48 hours it was sold, just goes to show that the agents really does matter.
got myself a lovely little house (hopefully)and I am really excited

Been there done that already - been on market since January , sold beginning of July , fell through in September completely out of the blue. Now considering changing agent and perhaps multi agency .

Wife of couple buying was so stressed her doctor advised them not to continue - they'd already moved into rented short term after offering on ours to be chain free and had said they were happy to wait for us to find somewhere suitable. Had we known there was a problem we'd have gone into rented ourselves.

oh blimey, what a nightmare, we were up with an agent for just over a month and had nothing, a few viewings but no offers and we were never getting feedback and advertising was all over the place, we got fed up with them and another agent was recommended and we changed, within 48 hours we had 4 viewings and 2 offers
