I tried logging into Yahoo (an account I've had for about eight years) to be told my password was incorrect. WTF I thought. Tried all sorts to get this corrected. Am currently in a big battle with Yahoo to try to get them to reset my password and getting wound up with the "you have not stated what your secret question was or your secret answer". I did at one point reply saying "can you not ask me my secret question, and I'll give you my secret answer"?
Anyway, doesn't look too likely that I'll get back in. I've lost all my contacts - v annoyed as I never wrote down an old friends email address who I no longer see, plus my best friend is in France and I dont know her email address by heart, then there's two work mates who have left recently and I gave them my email address. Sigh.
I've also got to log into all my other sites and change my email address - Mumsnet / Friends reunited / moonpie.
