Another MSN thread (snore)chainging email address

Does anyone know if i can change the email address i have for msn but keep all my contacts? or will i have to add them all over again?

u do have to add your contacts again but if you go to the contacts tab in msn you can save your contacts and then restore them into your new msn account once you have signed in by importing them. hth

How do you cahane any msn address! I have mine in rl name and want to change it to my gmail address. Is it possible?

as far as I know you can't change an email address in hotmail or yahoo, only create a new one.I think the same goes for for msn - you need to open a new msn account with the email address you want to use then do as below.

Tortoise, u need a .net passport for msn so need an aol/yahoo/hotmail address. It means creating a new one. my msn is also my real name so am now thinking of a new username and will open a hotmail account. gmail/googlemail isn't on the .net thing

At least i can import my addresses now, is it that simple?

Am anticiapting losing my AOL address you see when sky BB finally gets going here!

I use my Tiscali Email adress at the moment for MSN.
I will have to look into getting a hotmail account then!
